At ASEV Travel, we believe that responsible tourism begins with clear, honest, and transparent communication. We strive to ensure that travelers, partners, and local stakeholders receive accurate information about our destinations, experiences, services, pricing, and sustainability commitments.

All marketing materials, itineraries, and travel information are regularly reviewed to reflect current conditions and provide realistic expectations. We avoid misleading claims and work to present destinations, cultures, and communities with authenticity and respect.

We continuously expand sustainable travel options across our portfolio, including responsible accommodations, low-impact transportation solutions, locally led experiences, and community-based tourism initiatives.

Respecting Privacy and Personal Data

Protecting the privacy of our guests and partners is a fundamental responsibility.

To organize travel arrangements and deliver our services efficiently, we may collect information such as contact details, passport information, emergency contacts, dietary requirements, travel preferences, and other travel-related information when necessary.

Should any issue arise during a trip, travelers are encouraged to inform their guide or ASEV representative as soon as possible. Early communication allows our operations team to investigate the matter promptly and implement corrective actions where appropriate.

For concerns raised after travel, guests may contact our team directly. Every complaint is reviewed carefully and treated as an opportunity to improve our services, operational processes, and guest experience.
