A O Show

The name "A O" comes from "Lang Pho," meaning "village and city." The show beautifully portrays the charm and cultural richness of rural Vietnamese life, contrasting with rapid urbanization. A unique blend of bamboo circus, acrobatics, dance, and theatrical visuals creates a dynamic performance. Live music, inspired by Southern Vietnamese work songs, enhances the experience. This fusion of genres forms a distinctive stage language that vividly captures the essence of Vietnam's captivating culture, offering a memorable portrayal of both traditional and modern elements of the nation.
Banlue handicrafts center

Immerse yourself in traditional Laotian culture by visiting our charming village, nestled amidst stunning rice fields and mountains. Participate in hands-on workshops where you’ll learn the art of cotton weaving, natural dyeing, bamboo weaving, and natural paper making process. Stay in a traditional wooden house, experiencing authentic Laotian hospitality, and savor fresh, delicioud locally sourced meals. This unique experience offers you the opportunity to engage with skilled local artisans, preserve cultural heritage, and enjoy a fulfilling, fun-filled stay while gaining new skills and insight into the rich traditions of Laos.
Champeay Art

Champeay Art in Phnom Penh is an association focused on training young Cambodians in traditional arts such as dance, music, and drawing. The academy operates outside of school vacations and public holidays, providing a unique opportunity to explore Cambodia's cultural heritage. The experience is both enjoyable and engaging, offering participants the chance to try on costumes and practice traditional dance techniques. With its welcoming and interactive atmosphere, Champeay Art creates a fun environment for participants to immerse themselves in the rich traditions of Cambodian culture while developing their artistic skills.
Ancient Town and Lantern Making

Between the 15th and 19th centuries, Hoi An, known then as ‘Faifo’, was a prosperous trading port. Nowadays, this World Heritage ancient town is recognized for its well-preserved ancient houses, pedestrian streets, local cuisine, and crafts. You will be invited to take part in a hands-on silk lantern workshop, the simple yet colorful handicraft that is an essential part of Hoi An culture. The lanterns are meant to bring good fortune. Have a chat with a local handicraftsman for a brief introduction to the history, shape, and color of the lanterns as well as the stages of production.
Ock Pop Tok Handicraft Center

Located by the Mekong river, Ock Pop Tok is a place to explore Laos' weaving tradition. Wander through a tropical garden to see displays and production areas with looms, then learn about batik-making. The tour introduces silk production, weaving techniques, and diverse designs. Participate in a dyeing workshop using pigments from garden plants, roots, flowers, and bark. Afterward, enjoy lunch on a terrace with Mekong views. Post-lunch, visit weaving villages and traditional handicraft shops. Your guide will stop at artisans’ houses and the Tea House, offering an authentic cultural experience.
Bat Trang Pottery Village

Located in an area rich in clay, Bat Trang village has the advantage of ingredients to create fine ceramics, produced for daily household use, worshipping, or decoration purposes. Travelers can take a walk and observe the making of ceramic products in locals' homes, workplaces, or factories. There are also streets with hundreds of stores offering all kinds and colours, a mix of traditional and modern design. Visitors can even directly try their hands on making pottery products under the guidance of local craftsmen, which will make excellent gifts for family and friends.
Golden Mount & Jim Thompson

The Golden Mount, commonly referred to as Wat Saket, is a temple situated atop a hill that features 318 steps along with gongs and bells, providing insight into Thai religious practices. This temple affords a magnificent view of Bangkok's historic district. The residence of Jim Thompson, which has been transformed into a museum, boasts a significant collection of ancient art housed within six traditional structures that exemplify classical Thai architecture. Having arrived at the conclusion of World War II, Thompson played a pivotal role in revitalizing the Thai silk industry.
Puppet Makers

Step into the home of a passionate puppet maker and performer, where you'll be introduced to water puppetry, a traditional North Vietnam art form dating back to the 11th century. Tour the host's workshop, filled with shelves of wooden puppet parts in various shapes. Enjoy a half-hour performance in a small theatre at his house, exploring the folklore and legends behind the show. Afterward, join the puppeteers to learn basic techniques, using bamboo rods to manipulate the puppets through the water and experience the craft firsthand.
Araksa Tea Experience

Upon arrival at the tea plantation,you will visit a tea garden. A guide and a resident harvester will lead the way to the tea bushes, showing you how to pluck tea leaves. Participants can join in, using bamboo baskets provided for the activity. At the roasting station, the art of making tea by hand, from kneading to roasting the leaves, will be demonstrated. The guide will explain the various processes and methods used to cultivate young tea plants. After roasting, enjoy a cup of tea with a delicious Thai snack.
Pottery Experience

Discover the fading tradition of Lao pottery in a village where only a handful of families continue this centuries-old craft. Learn about the history of pottery in Laos and its role in daily life, before stepping into the workshop to try your hand at shaping clay. Guided by a master potter, experience the techniques used to create earthenware passed down through generations. This hands-on activity not only allows you to craft your own unique souvenir but also connects you with an ancient cultural heritage.
