Lao Traditional Cuisine & Kamu Villages
In Pakbeng, by the mighty Mekong, participate to a Lao cooking class. First of all go to the local market to make the ingredients selections. Then cook yourself 5 traditional dishes to enjoy as lunch. In the afternoon, take a walk through the forest to meet the inhabitants of a Kamu village. On the way back, you will visit Vat Si Chom Cheng which offers a view over the Mekong and its surroundings.
