Founded in 1990, ASEV Travel is a destination management company working exclusively for the B2B market throughout South-East Asia, offering personalised and immersive travel.

A leader in tour sales, we offer our clients both classic itineraries and tailor-made programmes. ASEV TRAVEL also offers innovative FIT products (luxury and charm, sustainable, family, off the beaten track), attractive GIT products and guaranteed departures from 2 to 15 Pax.

Headquarted in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, we have our own operations and sales offices in Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar as well as a representative office in Thailand.

Throughout the years, the agency has acquired a thorough and exclusive knowledge of these countries.

Do you operate for FIT and GIT?

What are your payment terms?

All prices are in United States Dollars ($) unless otherwise indicated. All payments shall be made net of all bank fees; the invoiced amounts shall be received in full by ASEV INTERNATIONAL LIMITED. The Client should pay 50% deposit of the invoiced services upon reservation by bank transfer to the Travel Service provider's account. The balance is required 60 days prior to the group arrival date to the Travel Service provider 's account

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation of a booking by [THE CLIENT] must be made in writing. We will not regard a booking as cancelled unless and until written notice is received by us. On cancellation the following charges will apply. We require 60 days’ cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival date, otherwise we will charge you a cancellation fee as below:

  •  50% of the total invoiced amount will be charged if you cancel from 60 to 31 days prior to your scheduled arrival date
  • 100% of the total invoiced amount will be charged if you cancel less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date

 ADDITIONAL CANCELLATION FEES:

- for flights reserved by our agency: 100% of the expenses incurred will be invoiced to the customer / group, whatever the date of the cancellation.

- for "non-ordinary" services (cruises, hotels, ballooning, unusual activities like Flight of the Gibbon ...: 100% of the total price will be charged to the client / group, whatever the date of the cancellation.

These amounts correspond to the actual costs incurred by the agency and not reimbursed by the service providers. The "non-ordinary" services will explicitly state in the price exclusions and inclusions details.

Who am I to contact in case of need of assistance?

ASEV TRAVEL understands it is important to be close to its customers not only during the set up of the trip, but also during the trip itself to ensure that travellers feel welcome and the needed service is provided. Thanks to our on ground operational teams, we are able to respond in a timely manner to all requests, queries and emergency cases.

All our offices are reachable at all times with an emergency contact provided in each of the destinations we operate in.
